Our goal is to make the website titandesert.quironprevencion.com known to Internet users. The website provides services through which registered users can purchase appointments.
QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU reserves the right to make any changes and modifications it deems necessary or appropriate to the website. Under no circumstances will prior notice be given, so subsequent access will imply unequivocal acceptance of the modifications by the user.
In any case, the contracting of services by the user will be subject to the information provided in each sales process before and after the contracting process, which will appear in the sales process for each specific service. These conditions are not static and may be altered depending on stock, offers and/or even the discontinuation of the product.

4. Hiring
4.1. Background information
The website only displays dating services with their main features. These services may be altered based on requirements, offers and/or even their discontinuation.
The registered user can access the purchase of the products offered by QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU. To do so, they must follow the procedures indicated at the end of this point 4.1. of the legal notice on prior information.
The commercial transaction will be filed in the corresponding databases of QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU. From these, the corresponding summary document referring to the transaction can be accessed and generated. The user has the right to request a copy of this.
Editing tools are provided to allow you to identify and correct data entry errors before confirming them.
Contracts will be formalized in Spanish.
All prices include VAT.
The accepted payment methods are indicated in section 4.2.4.
The right of withdrawal is recognized in accordance with the terms regulated in section 4.2.2.3.
There is a Customer Service described in section 4.2.6 and the user is recognized as having the guarantees indicated and defined in section 4.2.5.
Regarding the procedures for the conclusion of contracts:
Step 1: The shopping basket and its corresponding validation: in order to complete the purchase process, the user must verify and validate the shopping basket. All prices are reflected in the basket according to the breakdown described in point 4.1.5 above.
Purchase requests made through QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU are subject to the availability of the selected services.
Step 2: Regarding Billing and Delivery: Next, the user must specify the billing and delivery details for the products and/or services. At this stage, the user must accept the legal terms of the purchase. Otherwise, the purchase process cannot continue. By clicking on the “Validate and Pay” button during the ordering process, the user declares that he/she fully and unreservedly accepts all of these General Conditions of Sale, which may in any case be archived and printed by users for reproduction when they consider it necessary.
Step 3: Regarding the Payment Method: the user must then proceed to payment. Currently, the payment methods are: Credit or debit card (Visa, Master Card) or Bizum. Regarding cards, once the details have been filled in, the user will be redirected to the online payment platform (POS) of the banking entities.
Procedure 4: Confirmation of Purchase: The purchase will be confirmed by the sending of a confirmation email by QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU within the following 24 hours.
4.2. Conditions of contract
4.2.1. Economic conditions: selection and price
To book an appointment, you must access the Appointments section and select the available time. From the top right of the page, registered users can access the shopping cart, which will allow them to view their order and even cancel it.
Once you have completed your appointment selection, you will be able to check all the cats associated with your appointment.
To make a purchase, you must process the order. We remind you that you have provided some data that you can update or modify at any time. Finally, you must indicate the payment method and complete the purchase. Remember that all data provided is treated securely and is strictly protected. You must bear in mind point 6 of the Legal Notice.
The prices of the services are always shown in euros and include VAT, as well as any other applicable taxes, which are those in force and legally applicable at that time. The taxes are reflected in the shopping cart and during the payment process.
In the event that QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU identifies a manifest error in the price of any of the published services, the client will be immediately informed and will proceed to rectify it on the Website.
QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU expressly reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without prior notice. However, in any case, the rates in force indicated on the Website at the time of placing the corresponding order will apply.
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, except for the right of withdrawal that corresponds to you under point 4.2.2.2 of this legal notice.
4.2.2. User rights
4.2.2.1. Suggestion and complaints

We undertake to respond to your request as quickly as possible and in any case within thirty calendar days from receipt of your request.
4.2.2.2. Withdrawal
Any user who has made a purchase on our website has the right to withdraw from it. The right to withdraw must be made within a maximum period of forty-five (45) minutes before the time of your appointment.
Refunds can be made by contacting titandesert@quironprevencion.com. You will receive notification by email of the exercise of your right.
QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU will refund the corresponding amounts for withdrawal within a maximum period of 15 days.
The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal, among others and according to article 103 of the Consumer Protection Act:
- The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
- The supply of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, with the knowledge on their part that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
4.2.3. Payments
Once the User has provided the billing information, he/she must select the payment method he/she wishes to use. Currently, QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU validates the following payment methods:
Credit and debit card
The payment methods offered by QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU may be subject to checks and authorisations by the entities issuing the payment method. Therefore, it is up to the corresponding entity to authorise payment or not. If payment is refused, the order placed by you will be automatically cancelled, and for all purposes the sale will not be deemed to have been made.
Payment by card is subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entities of the payment method. In the event that the payment platform informs you that the card has been denied, the order will be automatically cancelled, and for all purposes the purchase will be deemed not to have been made.
Purchasing with a debit and/or credit card at QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU is a completely secure process and you can use your card with complete confidence. Please note that SSL protocols are complied with when using the 3DSecure payment gateways, redirecting data to secure servers without the merchant being able to access or store them.
QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU makes the invoice for the products available to the User by email once the order has been placed.
The payment methods shown above will not always be available.
QUIRÓN PREVENCIÓN, SLU reserves the right to offer all or some of the payment methods.
5. Policy on changes, returns or cancellations.
5.1 Changes
Once the service has been acquired, the platform offers the user the possibility of rescheduling their appointment within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours as long as it is made at least forty-five (45) minutes before the originally scheduled time.
The option to reschedule an appointment will also be available by consulting with our specialists at the point of care. Likewise, it must be done at least forty-five (45) minutes before the originally scheduled time.
Rescheduling of appointments is subject to service availability.
5.2. Returns
Since this is a provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by the specialist, there will be no right to a refund of any kind.
5.3 Cancellations
Any desire to cancel the service is interpreted as a withdrawal from it as reflected in point 4.2.2.2 and, as such, must comply with all requirements.
