The purpose of this document is to establish the General Conditions of Use of the citation platform of the Nutrition Service, owned by Quirón Prevención, SLU with registered office at Calle Agustín de Betancourt, 25, 2ª, 28003, Madrid and CIF number B-64076482 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid in Volume 36,077, Folio 65, Section 8, Page M-648249. The aforementioned entity is registered in the Registry of External Prevention Services of the Territorial Services of Barcelona of the Department of Labor, Social Affairs and Families of Barcelona with accreditation number SP-001-B, in order to act as an external prevention service throughout the state territory.
The Nutrition Service's appointment platform performs the functions of an appointment calendar for said service. Through this platform, people interested in attending this service will be able to see the available appointments at each Quirón Prevención, SLU centre where this service is provided, and reserve them for a consultation.
Quirón Prevención, SLU, will send a confirmation of the appointment to the patient, to the email address provided by the interested party, with which he/she has registered on the platform, in order to confirm and remind the patient of the appointment, as well as to provide a method of contact in case the patient has to cancel the appointment.
SECOND. By accessing this service you declare that you are of legal age and have full capacity to act.
You are also responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your access key to ensure that no one can access the application in your name. Any action performed by your user in the application will be your sole responsibility.
The access identifier to the Nutrition Service appointment calendar is personal and non-transferable. No other person may use the access identifiers of another user.
Quirónprevención SLU may terminate any user's access without prior notice if it becomes aware that the user has breached any of the conditions of access and use of the Nutrition Service's appointment platform, and in particular when the user's access ID is used by a person other than the authorised person.
THIRD. By accepting these terms of use, you agree to receive information regarding this service at the email address indicated in the registration form, having the power to stop sending it from the same application by means of a request addressed to Quirón Prevención, SLU
QUARTER. Quirón Prevención, SLU reserves the right to modify or suspend the service without prior notice to the user, who waives the right to exercise any claim in this regard.
Quirón Prevención, SLU shall not be liable for any damages that may be caused to the user or a third party as a result of interference, omissions, interruptions, disconnections or any irregularity in the operation of access to telematic networks, both public and private, as well as in the computer systems used. Nor shall Quirónprevención be liable for any delays arising from deficiencies, failures, errors or overloads in computer or telematic networks and systems that affect or prevent the execution of queries or operations, even if they affect the user as a result of errors in the information from providers other than Quirónprevención, even if they have been received through this service, or those that may be caused by illegitimate interference by third parties or by so-called "computer viruses".
SIXTH. Quirón Prevención, SLU undertakes to respect the privacy of the information contained and transmitted through this service, in accordance with the legal provisions in force in our legal system. It also undertakes to keep secret all necessary access codes and passwords. Likewise, you, with respect to Quirónprevención, undertake to keep them secret, not write them down or reproduce them on a medium that may be lost or stolen and not provide them to third parties. You will be solely responsible for the correct use of this service.
If you detect unauthorized use of your user account or if your access codes are lost, stolen or misappropriated, you must report it as soon as possible, by any means that allows proof of receipt.
The data accessed may only be used for purposes related to the Nutrition Service provided by Quirónprevención SLU and accessible through the Nutrition Service's citation platform.
SEVENTH. You acknowledge and agree that the use of the content and/or services offered by this application will be at your sole risk and/or responsibility. You also agree to use this application and all its content and services in accordance with the law, morality, public order and these terms of use. You agree to make appropriate use of the services and/or content and not to use them to carry out illegal activities or activities that constitute a crime that violate the rights of third parties and/or infringe the regulations on intellectual and industrial property, or any other rules of the applicable legal system. In particular, the user agrees not to transmit, introduce, distribute and make available to third parties any type of material and information that is contrary to the law, morality, public order and these terms of use. Quirón Prevención, SLU shall not be held directly, indirectly or subsidiarily liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the services and content of the application by users or which may arise from the lack of veracity, accuracy and/or authenticity of the data or information provided by users, or from the impersonation of a third party by a user in any kind of action through this application. Therefore, the use of this application does not imply an obligation on the part of Quirónprevención, SLU to verify the veracity, accuracy, adequacy, suitability, exhaustiveness and timeliness of the information provided through it.

3. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Issues relating to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as all issues arising from and related in part or in whole to the services provided through the application, are governed by Spanish law, with the parties expressly waiving any jurisdiction that may apply to them and submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
